2.You need” stick” to the ground (not “float”) when your are going to pivot.
3. dissociate. Is the source of energy to turn.
4. Sometimes your partner can break your axis.
I´m working about this theme and I hope pivot like the pros.

Do you find hard to practice with followers that don’t tip you over? I’ve been getting better at being able to cope with it better but clearly not good enough

Hmmm. If you can tape yourself doing it and post it, I may be able to help you diagnose the problem
